Job Description

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the domestic staffing sector.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of quality staffing solutions.

• Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
• Prepare and present proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and how services meet those needs.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.

Market Research:

• Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
