  • Execute field marketing activities to promote our resorts and drive guest engagement, including events, promotions, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and collateral for field marketing initiatives, including brochures, flyers, and signage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, such as travel agencies, event organizers, and tourist attractions, to drive referrals and cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and community gatherings to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Track and analyze the performance of field marketing activities, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Provide support to the sales team by coordinating marketing activities to support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in field marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or events management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and partners in a variety of settings.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is a plus.
