Your Role

Youll assist travellers with:

•  bookings, changes, and check-in support

• Questions about luggage, travel policies, or schedules

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every call

Whether youre helping someone plan their dream trip or resolving a last-minute issue you make travel stress-free and enjoyable!

What You Bring

• German or Italian: C2 / Native level

• English: C1 (for internal communication)

• Great communication skills and a passion for travel

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Whats in it for You

• 1st Month: 5.60/hr

• Months 26: 8.10/hr

• After 6 Months: 8.50/hr (performance-based up to 8.75/hr!)

• KPI Bonus: up to 2,000/year

• German Language Bonus: 3,000/year

• Relocation Allowance: 2,000 (after 1 month of employment)
