Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Beylikdüzü. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the art of coffee, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring every guest feels welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs, ensuring consistent quality and latte art standards.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintenance: Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment throughout the shift.
• Efficiency: Manage workflow during peak hours to ensure minimal wait times without sacrificing drink quality.
• Point of Sale: Handle cash and card transactions using our POS system.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, seating area, and pastry display.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a specialty coffee shop or cafe environment.
• Language: Must be proficient in English (conversational level or higher) to assist our diverse clientele.
• Location: Must be located in or near Beylikdüzü for ease of commute and punctuality.
• Technical Skill: Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
• Soft Skills: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and early morning or evening shifts.
