Job Responsibilities

Guest & Staff Safety

  • Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verifying identification when necessary.
  • Provide assistance and protection to guests, staff, and visitors.
  • Escort guests or staff in sensitive situations when required.

Security Operations

  • Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
  • Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
  • Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when required.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and daily security logs.
  • Enforce hotel security policies, fire safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
  • Assist in conducting fire drills and evacuation exercises.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to relevant departments.

Qualifications Required

Education & Experience

  • High school equivalent. ( Male Staff Required )
  • Previous experience as a security guard, preferably in hotels or hospitality, is an advantage.
  • Basic training or certification in security operations is desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong observation and surveillance skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergencies.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of first aid and fire safety procedures is an asset.
  • Physically fit to perform patrols and respond quickly to incidents.

Salary

BD 350/- per month for 9 Hrs Shift including Meal Break
