ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential customers and sales opportunities for export.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/markets potential.
  • Continuously improve sales strategy through feedback.
  • Generating Quotations, PIs and PLs.
  • Performing several activities and Order follow ups internally until dispatch.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeping Track of Inventory.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by direct manager
