About the job HVAC Sales
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities for export.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/markets potential.
- Continuously improve sales strategy through feedback.
- Generating Quotations, PIs and PLs.
- Performing several activities and Order follow ups internally until dispatch.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeping Track of Inventory.
- Complete other tasks assigned by direct manager
