Role Description Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time on-site position based in the Northern Governorate, Bahrain. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat,Facebook, YouTube, and Google.

Create, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to achievestrong ROI.

Develop marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonalcampaigns.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, GoogleAnalytics, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce creative visuals and adcopies.

Manage the companys website traffic, SEO performance, and email marketingcampaigns.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Prepare regular reports and insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Advertising.

Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram),TikTok, and Google.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web and social media analytics.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry is a strongadvantage.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or HubSpot) are a plus.
