Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Trampoline Attendants. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with kids and teenagers, ensuring they have a fun, engaging, and safe experience. The role also requires the ability to interact with children with special needs in a caring and supportive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise trampoline and play areas to ensure safety at all times.
- Engage with children and teenagers in fun activities and games.
- Provide assistance and support to children with special needs.
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience.
- Assist in organizing group activities, birthdays, and events.
- Perform basic administrative and computer tasks (check-in, ticketing, reporting).
- High school diploma or higher.
- Degree in Sports or Physical Education preferred.
- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working with children and teenagers.
- Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.
- Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على منطقة الترامبولين ومناطق اللعب لضمان السلامة في جميع الأوقات.
- التفاعل مع الأطفال والمراهقين وإشراكهم في الأنشطة والألعاب الممتعة.
- تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
- تطبيق قواعد وتعليمات السلامة.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة وضمان حصول جميع الزوار على تجربة ممتعة.
- المساعدة في تنظيم الأنشطة الجماعية وأعياد الميلاد والفعاليات.
- أداء المهام الإدارية والحاسوبية الأساسية (التذاكر، التسجيل، التقارير).
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو أعلى.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلًا على شهادة جامعية في الرياضة أو التربية البدنية.
- إجادة التحدث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الأطفال والمراهقين.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ميزة إضافية.
- شخصية نشيطة، ودودة، وموجهة لخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات أساسية في الحاسوب.
- Supervise and manage trampoline attendants and floor staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and daily assignments.
- Handle disputes between staff members or customers professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels for equipment, safety gear, and concession items.
- Place orders and replenish stock as required.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and incidents.
