Barista

Position: Barista

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring that all products are stocked and displayed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately

- Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and sandwiches

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including brewing equipment, countertops, and display cases

- Ensure that all products are stocked and displayed correctly

- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making recommendations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent
