About the job Graphic Designer
MAIN OBJECTIVES
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualizaon and creation of compelling visual content for both digital and print channels. This role ensures that all marketing and communication materials effectively promote the company's travel services, align strictly with brand guidelines, and maintain high standards of production quality.
MAIN DUTIES
Design and prepare visual assets for various digital platforms, including posts, stories, andadvertisements for company social media accounts.
Conceptualize and execute high-quality design work for traditional materials, such asbrochures, flyers, banners, internal signage, and presentation templates.
Coordinate directly with external production staff (printers, vendors) to ensure successfulfinal output.
Review print and digital samples for color accuracy, resoluon, and overall qualityassurance before final distribution.
Act as a steward of the company's visual identy, ensuring all materials strictly align withestablished brand guidelines, color paletes, and company standards.
Manage and maintain a library of creave assets, including logos, photography, illustrations, and design templates.
Manage and maintain the visual consistency and content calendar for multiple company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Adapt core design concepts to meet the technical specificaons and engagement requirements of various social media plaorms.
Collaborate closely with the administration and management team on strategic design responsibilities and special projects.
Actively liaise with the travel staff to understand client pain points, marketing needs, and product features, incorporang these inquiries and feedback into effective and targeted design solutions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities across digital marketing, social media, and print production.
Keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with a strong understanding of color theory and print preparation.
Excellent communication and presentaion skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and receive constructive feedback.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a corporate or agency graphic design role.
