About the job Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage daily operational and coordination tasks. The role involves handling company vehicles, mobile lines, purchase orders, and various government-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, processing, and following up on purchase orders.
Manage administrative tasks related to company cars, including registration, insurance renewal, maintenance scheduling, and record keeping.
Handle mobile line requests, renewals, cancellations, and maintain updated record.
Coordinate and process transactions with ministries and government departments as required.
Maintain organized records and documentation (soft and hard copies).
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
Diploma or in Business Administration or related field.
0–2 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination.
Good communication skills in English/Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office.
