About the job Digital Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview:
Were looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator — someone who can bridge campaign execution with strong project management. Youll support our campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), while managing timelines, assets, and internal coordination through ClickUp.
Youll work closely with our performance and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, reporting is accurate, and tasks move efficiently from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
-Coordinate with creative and media teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and campaign goals.
-Maintain and update the ClickUp workspace — track tasks, deadlines, and priorities across multiple projects.
-Prepare campaign reports, summarize performance insights, and flag issues proactively.
-Support campaign briefing, asset tracking, and approval workflows.
-Communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients when needed.
Qualifications
-2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination (agency or brand side).
-Strong working knowledge of ClickUp (must be able to manage and organize projects effectively).
-Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
-Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
-Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
-Experience with reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio / Looker Studio).
-Basic knowledge of Canva or creative briefing tools.
