Key Responsibilities
- Lead showroom sales operations and achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and strong customer engagement.
- Promote and upsell HVAC systems, white goods, and home appliances to walk-in customers, contractors, and retail clients.
- Develop and execute creative retail campaigns, seasonal promotions, and bundled offers to boost revenue and enhance customer conversion.
- Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the companys brand values through professional handling of inquiries, complaints, product demonstrations, and after-sales follow-up.
- Oversee showroom readiness, product presentation, merchandising standards, and accuracy of product information, pricing, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishment and proper stock rotation to prevent lost sales opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals while ensuring professional grooming and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques to continuously enhance team capability.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement and commercial planning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and service departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in retail sales or retail management within white goods, home appliances, or HVAC products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid technical understanding of air-conditioning systems and home appliances is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
