Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization. You will act as a trusted point of contact, manage confidential information, and help executives focus on strategic priorities by handling operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communications on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and confidential information.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal departments as well as external stakeholders.
Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and basic financial documentation as required.
Support special projects and initiatives assigned by senior management.
Ensure professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with senior leadership or executives is highly desirable.
