Education: High School Diploma

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fusion Operator to join our team. As a Fusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining fusion machines to join materials together using heat and pressure. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and a strong understanding of fusion techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate fusion machines to join materials together

- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper fusion

- Inspect materials before and after fusion process

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the fusion machine

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a Fusion Operator is preferred but not required

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Knowledge of fusion techniques and equipment

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
