Job Summary:

As an Accountant Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will play a key role in the financial health of our company by maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes

- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

- Review and process employee expense reports

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Maintain and update accounting records and files

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets

- Provide support for audits and tax filings

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Age Requirement:
