Job Description
Handling clients accounts, VAT, and yearly audit, one time project such
as but not limited to ERP system implementation, Accounting expert report, stock count and consultation.
Maintain and update financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll
Process and record financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments, and bank deposits.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports and statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports as required.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities and provide financial data as needed.
Prepare and submit tax forms, including sales tax, Corporate taxes, and other regulatory filings.
Collaborate with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjusting journal entries and reconciliations.
Perform training and set up on accounting system for Company clients
Attend meetings to discuss reports with company clients when needed
Attend meeting with any new potential client
Perform business development including but not limited to calls, relationships to bring new clients
Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Implementation and support for ERP system of clients
Stock count for clients
Prepare accounting expert report for clients
