Job Title: Sales Executive – Air Freight Logistics

Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Air Freight Logistics is responsible for developing and managing customer accounts in the air freight and international logistics sector. This role focuses on selling air cargo solutions, freight forwarding services, and supply chain solutions to corporate clients, freight forwarders, and import/export businesses.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight and international logistics.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.

Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for air freight services.

Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with operations, customs clearance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Market Monitoring:
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.

Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client activity updates.

Marketing Support:
- Support marketing and promotional activities for air freight solutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and annual revenue target achievement.
- New account acquisition and client retention.
- Profitability and margin improvement on freight deals.
- Timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in air freight, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of international air freight regulations, documentation, and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
