Job Description
Position: Bellboy
The Bellboy will be responsible for maintaining the lobby area of the property, providing a warm welcome and assistance to guests/tenants, and reporting issues to relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
Handle visitors logs efficiently.
Assist in handling leads and providing show-arounds
Address guests concerns, and complaints upon interactions.
Assist in courtesy calls of the Front Desk Team
When interacting with a guest, appropriate and professional communication skills should be used.
Be aware and sensitive of body language, tone of voice, and words when communicating with a guest.
Always speak with a positive attitude when sharing information or answering questions with the guests.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
Monitor and report any issues related to housekeeping, maintenance, or landscape to the Front Desk Team.
Assist in maintaining the lobby furniture and decor in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Keep track of inventory for amenities provided in the lobby area.
Requirements:
Secondary education/High school education
Minimum of 1 year of experience as Desk Attendant / Bell Boy in a building, property or hospitality management company
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
Basic computer skills for simple data entry and system use
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly appearance and positive attitude
Physically fit and able to lift luggage
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
