PURCHASING AND COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a Procurement Executive who can support our fast-paced campaigns by sourcing reliable partners, managing purchases, and working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life effi ciently and within budget.

A Day in the Life . Vendor Sourcing: Identify and onboard vendors (production, printing, events, infl uencers, and more) . Quotation Management: Collect, compare, and negotiate quotes to ensure the best value . Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue POs with clear scope, costs, and timelines . Vendor Relationships: Build strong partnerships to ensure reliability and quality delivery . Project Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and Creatives to support campaign execution . Cash Collections: Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, coordinate with Accounts/Finance on collections, and ensure proper documentation of received payments . Invoice Verifi cation: Review vendor invoices and coordinate with fi nance for smooth processing . Budget Awareness: Ensure all purchases align with project budgets and cost expectations

Problem Solving: Handle last-minute requests, changes, and vendor challenges effi ciently

What We're Looking For

. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical and transparent decision-making . Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related fi eld (preferred) . Min. 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management . Experience in a media, advertising, events, or production environment is a strong plus . Strong negotiation and communication skills . Highly organized with strong attention to detail . Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

. Have an existing vendor network in Bahrain/GCC . Are comfortable handling urgent and last-minute requirements . Have experience in cash collections, payment follow-ups, or basic fi nancial coordination . Understand how procurement impacts cost control and profi tability
