Position: Assistant Logistics Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Logistics Manager. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

- Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

- Train and supervise logistics staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related 

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
