Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We require a highly experienced and confident Bahraini Development Manager to lead the

development and execution of strategic plans for business growth and revenue. The ideal candidate

should be a skilled communicator, adept at fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and

driving organizational success.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead the initial launch strategy and execution for the Raedat platform.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Raedat.

Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with Technical and marketing teams to align on business goals and strategies.

Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to guide future business planning.

Skills:

Demonstrable experience in developing strategies, business plans, and goals.

Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of market changes, corporate law, branding, and product positioning.

Experience & qualifications:

BSc/BA in business management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred.

Over 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in another senior

managerial role
