Purpose of the Role:

To lead, manage, and grow the companys sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and expand the client

portfolio in the Bahrain market, especially within the HORECA sector. The role requires full ownership of the sales function,

strategic planning, client relationship management, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and after-sales follow- up.

Maintain and growexisting client accounts through regular visits and strong relationship management.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, andmarket feedback to management.

Ensure high-quality execution of sales activities and brand representation.

2- Business Development:

Identify newmarket opportunities and potential clientswithin theHORECA and retail sectors.

Develop strategic partnerships to expand the companys presence and product penetration.

Introduce newproducts to the market and plan sampling, trials, and promotional activities.

Conduct competitor analysis andmarketresearch to support decision-making.

3- Operations &Coordination:

Work closelywith the supply chain teamto ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.

Coordinatewith the finance department on client payments, pricing updates, and credit limits.

Provide input onmarketingmaterials and promotional campaigns.

Support the development of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.

4- Customer Relationship Management:

Build long-termrelationshipswith key clients and decision makers.

Handle high-priority customerinquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through consistent service quality.

Qualifications&Experience:

-Previous experience as a sales manager or equivalent role, preferably managing a team.

-Strong background in HORECA or FMCG industry.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing newbusiness.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.

-Valid Bahrain driving license (if required).
