Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts

- Develop and implement new recipes and techniques to continuously improve our offerings

- Monitor inventory and order necessary ingredients and supplies

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with other departments, such as the pastry team and kitchen staff, to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our menu offerings

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with the hiring and training of new bakers as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and special orders with professionalism and efficiency

- Manage and maintain baking equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
