Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the companys products/services through outdoor sales activities and marketing initiatives. The role requires frequent client visits and occasional business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Travel for business trips when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Experience in outdoor sales is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
- Valid driving license (if required for the role).
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
