Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the companys products/services through outdoor sales activities and marketing initiatives. The role requires frequent client visits and occasional business travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
  • Travel for business trips when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Experience in outdoor sales is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
  • Valid driving license (if required for the role).
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
