Maintenance Technician

Main Responsibilities

KPI and Dimension

1. Troubleshooting (Corrective Maintenance).

2. Preventive Maintenance.

3. Execute the project related works.

4. Contribute in other maintenance work if he asked to do that.

Responsibilities relating to the NCE/TPM Activities:

. Determining the training needs of his team which are related to NCE/TPM.

. To learn the updates in NCE/TPM and communicate them to all his team through

bulletin boards and training sessions.

. To implement the NCE/TPM initiative and to coach his team in related issues ensuring

they all fit in the ONE MODEL and are 100% engaged.

Responsibilities relating to the HSE Activities:

. Ensuring directly or through appropriate Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders:

. That the operation in work areas is carried out in accordance with appropriate Company

and site safety policies and legislation and that any requirements are integrated into the

work activities under control.

. The issuance, as necessary, of any general or specific instructions to employees regarding

HSE Matters and in particular safe working methods.

. Appropriate training is given to all employees according to the needs of their work

position.

. That any HSE requirements are regularly monitored reviewed and updated.

. All other works assigned by the department head

. Good experience of mechanical parts and components.

. Good experience of mechanical troubleshooting.

. Knowledge of maintenance procedures.

. Knowledge of electrical components and principles.

. Knowledge on AutoCAD.

Required Experience & Qualifications

. B.Sc., preferably mechanical, electrical

. Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in a technical field of mechanical maintenance,

preferable in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry, including Production

responsibilities

. Function understanding of all equipment

. Understanding the preventive maintenance process.
