Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our supplements and nutrition store. The ideal candidate has a background in nutrition, health, or fitness and is passionate about helping customers achieve their wellness goals.
This role combines in-store sales, customer advisory, and digital marketing support. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance, and contribute to growing the stores online presence through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Provide expert guidance on supplements, nutrition products, and wellness solutions
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on goals (e.g., muscle gain, weight loss, general health, sports performance)
- Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers
- Maintain product knowledge across brands, ingredients, and latest industry trends
- Assist in inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment
2. Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing products and promotions
- Assist in managing the stores Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
- Promote new product launches, special offers, and educational content
- Respond to social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support local marketing initiatives and in-store events
3. Brand Representation
- Represent the store professionally both in-person and online
- Stay up to date with trends in fitness, supplementation, and health
- Ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, Fitness, or related field (degree, diploma, or relevant certification preferred)
- Previous experience in retail, sales, gym environment, or nutrition store preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and supplementation
- Comfortable speaking confidently with customers about products and benefits
- Basic knowledge of social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
