Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Logistics
- Assist in coordinating training schedules, fixtures, and facility bookings
- Support matchday logistics including transport, equipment, and staffing
- Help organise domestic and international tournaments, camps, and tours
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate player registration and documentation in line with Bahrain Football Association requirements
- Support compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and academy standards
- Prepare and update operational records for audits and reporting
Staff & Communication Support
- Liaise with coaching, medical, and performance staff to support daily operations
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal communications
- Provide administrative support to the Academy Operations Manager
Player Services
- Support player welfare processes including accommodation, education, and logistics
- Assist with onboarding new players and maintaining player records
Equipment & Resources
- Coordinate ordering, distribution, and tracking of kit and training equipment
- Support inventory management and supplier coordination
🎓 Person Specification
Essential:
- Strong competence in both English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of elite academy environments
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and events
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a can-do attitude
Desirable:
- Experience in football or high-performance sports operations
- Degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of FIFA / AFC frameworks

We are seeking a highly motivated Football Academy Operations Coordinator to lead and deliver world-class academy operations within a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the coordination of training, fixtures, and academy logistics
· Assist with player administration and operational compliance
· Help deliver domestic and international tournaments and camps
· Work closely with multidisciplinary staff to ensure smooth daily operations
