Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

- Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve any transportation issues

- Work with carriers to negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions

- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels

- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving logistics processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance

- Train and mentor junior logistics team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
