Position: Customer Service / Shipment Representative 

Job Summary: As a Customer Service / Shipment Representative, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the shipment process for our customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery dates, and any other related inquiries.

- Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.

- Communicate with carriers and other internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipment process.

- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update customers on any changes or delays.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best service to our customers.

Qualifications:

- Age not older than 35

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
