Education: Bachelors in industrial engineering, Business, Quality Management, or related field.

Experience: up to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing excellence award cycles, conducting self-assessments, and coordinating benchmarking programs. with proven track record in leading high-performing organizations to achieve top-tier scores within Saudi Arabia in KAQA and EFQM

Certifications: EFQM 2025 certified Assessor / KAQA Assessor.

Skills: Deep understanding of EFQM 2025 Model, KAQA criteria, strong analytical and writing skills.

Tools: Office Suite, assessbase, KAQA Platform.
