Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the HORECA and supermarket segments by developing

strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. The

ideal candidate must be self-motivated, results-driven, and possess in- depth knowledge of the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Sales Management &BusinessDevelopment:

Identify and approach new clients in the HORECA and retail supermarket sectors to grow market share.

Promote and sell the companys portfolio of premium food products to current and potential clients.

Conductregularmarket visits andmaintain a strong presence in the field to achieve sales targets.

2- Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain professional relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and business owners.

Conductfollow-upson orders,feedback, andfuture requirements toensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3- Sales Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and report daily,weekly, and monthly sales activities and results.

Provide detailed analysis on sales trends, customer performance, and revenue forecasting.

Maintain accurate records of clientinteractions, sales calls, and outcomes.

4- Financial Coordination:

Ensure timely collection of payments and credit settlements in coordination with the Finance department.

Maintain updated records of customer payment statuses.

5- Marketing Support & Promotion:

Assist in planning and executing trade promotions and product sampling campaigns.

Supportthe Marketing departmentin coordinating product launches and seasonal offers.

Provide insights and feedback from clients to aid inmarketing strategy development and product

improvement.

Distributemarketing materials such as brochures, POS items, and promotional flyers to clients.

6- MarketIntelligence:

Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales

opportunities.

Share competitor pricing, product launches, and campaigns with the sales and marketing teams for

analysis.

7- OperationalCoordination:

Coordinate closely with the delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order

fulfilment.

Monitorthe temperature requirements of goods during transit to ensure product quality.

Maintain basic knowledge of freezer placements, returns, and documentation requirements for

HORECA clients.

8- Product Knowledge:

Gain in-depth knowledge of all products and their applications within the HORECA and retail

segments.

Attend product training sessions to stay updated on newofferings and technical specifications.

9- Communication &InternalCoordination:

Liaise effectively with internal teams, including logistics, accounts, marketing, and customer

service, to resolve client issues.

Stay updated with internal communication via WhatsApp and email for operational updates and

urgent matters.

RequiredQualifications&Skills:

-Proven experience in FMCGsales, preferably within the HORECA and supermarket channels.

-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing newbusiness.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.

-Valid Bahrain driving license (if required).

-Basic understanding ofmarketing and promotional strategies.

-A valid Bahrain driving license is a must.

-Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
