Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, events).
- Content Creation: Write, edit, proofread, and schedule content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (designers, sales) and external vendors to produce high-quality materials and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Market Research: Identify trends, research competitors, and analyze target audiences to inform strategies.
- Data & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics (website traffic, leads), and prepare reports for management.
- Event Support: Help plan and execute events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and analytics tools.
- Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving.
Typical Day:
- Scheduling social media posts and emails.
- Writing copy for a new campaign.
- Analyzing weekly marketing reports.
- Coordinating with the graphic designer on a new flyer.
- Researching potential event venues or vendors.
