Sales Representative

Job Purpose

To increase company sales across all product types and resolve customer issues with the highest possible level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales Activities

1. Receive orders and communicate with existing customers to collect their daily orders.
2. Coordinate with production lines to ensure daily orders are delivered to customers and verify returned chicken and parts.
3. Direct drivers to sell surplus chicken and provide them with sales outlets.
4. Prepare promotional offers with hypermarkets and other local markets.
5. Follow up with hypermarkets on all matters related to promotions and product placement.
6. Coordinate daily with drivers and communicate with them to retrieve crates to avoid freezing.
7. Conclude sales deals with markets and hypermarkets for frozen chicken and frozen parts.
8. Resolve issues between drivers, local markets, and all customers.
9. Prepare a daily report tracking frozen stock and old parts in the company and attempt to sell them through customer deals.
10. Receive complaints from hypermarkets and supermarkets and work to provide quick solutions.
11. Contribute to increasing the companys profitability.
12. Propose ideas that contribute to improving company productivity.
13. Visit hypermarkets to renew annual contracts.

2. Order Management

1. Record customer orders (phone, WhatsApp, email) in a dedicated order log.
2. Compile frozen product orders and send them via email to warehouse supervisors.
3. Distribute orders to drivers and follow up on delivery to customers.
4. Monitor stock quantities in company warehouses and external warehouses.
5. Communicate daily with customers to receive orders.
6. Coordinate with order lines periodically to ensure workflow continuity and confirm order delivery.
7. Distribute all customer orders to delivery lines, guide drivers, and ensure delivery to customers.

3. Administrative Tasks

1. Prepare average sales reports for all drivers.
2. Prepare loading and return reports for crates.
3. Prepare order schedules and frozen stock summaries.
4. Process returns of damaged goods.
5. Prepare duty schedules for drivers and workers.
6. Follow up on truck maintenance.
7. Prepare customer complaint reports.

4. Customer Follow-up (Before and After Sales)

1. Contact drivers periodically to check order delivery status.
2. Communicate regularly with customers to confirm receipt of orders.
3. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
