Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented and people-oriented Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping with appointments, answering calls, and supporting daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls or visitors appropriately.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinics electronic health records system.
  • Assist in patient registration and ensure all relevant forms and documentation are accurately completed and updated.
  • Collect co-pays or other payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records as required.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to manage patient flow and address any scheduling adjustments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with relevant data protection laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in healthcare customer service is an advantage.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic).
  • Proficient in technology, with experience using EMR, CRM, or healthcare registration systems preferred.
