Role Summary
The Lead Generation Associate / Business Development & Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys relationship-building, market research, and translating client needs into tailored consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients and business opportunities within target markets
- Generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, client pain points, and competitive positioning
- Engage with prospects through meetings, calls, and presentations to understand requirements and propose solutions
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Collaborate closely with consulting and technical teams to align client needs with service offerings
- Maintain and update client interactions, pipelines, and opportunities in CRM systems
- Track sales activities and report on performance, pipeline status, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related role
- Experience in consulting, technology, data, or professional services is a strong advantage
