Bartender

Position: Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages

- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards and recipes

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience

- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints

- Stay updated on current and new beverage trends, ingredients, and techniques

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment

- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- Basic math and cash handling skills

- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
