Senior or Lead Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Creating conceptual visions for a variety of private and public-sector landscape architecture projects.
2. Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports
3. Management and production of project design drafting and detailing.
4. Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
5. Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations
6. Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner
7. Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates
8. Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment
9. Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation
10. Cutting edge landscape design
11. Strong graphic capabilities
12. Attend client meetings and in-house meetings
13. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Skills Required

A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles, practice, work requirements, and construction methods.

Required Qualifications

A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.
