About the job Brand & Expansion Manager
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Brand & Expansion Manager to lead brand growth in Bahrain and support our expansion into the GCCstarting with Saudi Arabia. The role combines brand management, marketing, and business development. Basic familiarity with IT, robotics, or coding is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead brand strategy, marketing, and promotional activities in Bahrain.
Manage social media, digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Support GCC expansion efforts, with strong focus on the Saudi market.
Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and coordinate with malls, schools, and partners in Saudi.
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and expansion plans.
Ensure programs and workshops meet Bricks 4 Kidz quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
3 - 5 years experience in brand management, marketing, or business development.
Experience in market expansion or GCC rollout is a strong plus.
Basic understanding of IT/robotics/coding concepts (not expert level).
Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel to Saudi; familiarity with Saudi market or culture is an advantage.
Creative, organized, and passionate about childrens STEM education.
