Role Summary

Responsible for managing the front desk, patient appointments, administrative duties, and basic

accounting tasks to support smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Support

- Greet patients and answer calls/messages professionally.

- Handle bookings, cancellations, and patient inquiries.

- Manage patient check-in and check-out.

- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Appointment Management

- Organize and update therapists schedules.

- Manage daily patient lists and waitlists.

- Communicate schedule changes with the team.

Administrative Tasks

- Maintain patient files and clinic forms.

- Handle filing, printing, scanning, and documentation.

- Support daily clinic procedures and workflow.

Basic Accounting Tasks

(No internal accountant; coordination with external auditors only)

- Process payments (cash, card, transfers).

- Maintain daily transaction logs and petty cash.

- Prepare basic financial summaries for external auditors.

Qualifications

- Experience in reception or administrative roles (healthcare preferred).

- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) required.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Basic accounting knowledge.

- Professional, reliable, and able to handle a fast-paced clinic environment
