Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site

construction or renovation activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil

engineering and hands-on experience working on projects in Bahrain. The role involves ensuring

high-quality standards, safety compliance, timely execution, and effective coordination with

subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans,

specifications, and timelines.

Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure

smooth workflow.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.

Ensure that all works comply with Bahrain local authority regulations and requirements.

Report daily/weekly progress to the project manager or relevant project team members.

Maintain proper site documentation including progress reports, material records, and

inspection logs.

Ensure proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment to maintain project efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation projects within

Bahrain.

Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Bahrain.

Proven ability to manage and supervise teams on-site.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Bahrain.

Valid Bahrain driving license is a plus.
