Investment Specialist/Professional Department Investment Unit - Corporate Banking, Investments & Debt Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities
Support investment banking activities by handling all the due diligence, document processing, financial/valuation analysis and portfolio monitoring.
Assist in structuring and launching transactions to facilitate the department's strategy.
Manage funds, fixed income and other investments including real estate assets.
Write credit analysis, investment summaries, investor updates, and recommendations.
Liase and communicate with investors on investment updates and manage investor relations.
Prepare and coordinate investment exit strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Monitor and report on investment performance and risk.
Collaborate on deal coordination and client profiling.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
Qualifications
University degree in banking, finance, economics, or a related field.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in the field of investment management.
CFA Level 1 completed.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks under pressure
