About the Role:

You will be the key point of contact for potential tenants, responsible for leasing retail units within our vibrant complex. Your goal will be to promote our space, attract the right businesses, and achieve leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively attract and approach potential tenants for available retail units.

Conduct professional presentations and tours of the complex for prospective clients.

Clearly communicate the unique benefits, features, and competitive advantages of leasing in our location.

Negotiate lease terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain and update the client database and follow up on leads diligently.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote available spaces.

Represent the complex at networking events or property exhibitions if required.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.

Previous proven experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or retail marketing is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English and Arabic.

Confident, presentable, and professional with a positive, results-oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure to meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
