Job Title: Security Guard

Position Overview:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and property within the Royal Saray Resort. The role involves maintaining a visible presence on the premises, monitoring for suspicious activity, enforcing resort policies, and providing assistance during emergencies, all while delivering the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor the resort premises, including guest areas, staff zones, and external perimeters.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, visitors, and employees at all times.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, access points, and alarm systems; promptly respond to any irregularities.
  • Enforce security and safety policies in accordance with resort and legal regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or disturbances, following proper procedures.
  • Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports accurately and on time.
  • Assist in crowd control and manage access during special events or VIP visits.
  • Conduct routine checks of fire safety equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Support the lost and found process in coordination with Guest Relations.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, maintaining the resorts standards of service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality security or a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV operation and access control systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties and handle emergencies.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
