About the job Call Agent
Job Purpose:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate information flow between patients and the medical center. Key responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the medical centers system.
Provide information about services, doctors availability, and clinic procedures.
Handle emergency calls and escalate urgent cases to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and patient details.
Assist patients with billing inquiries and guide them through payment processes.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with medical privacy regulations.
Follow up on missed appointments or pending documentation.
Support operational efficiency by adhering to policies and reporting any issues. Nationality

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with medical terminology and appointment scheduling systems (preferred). Personal Attributes
