Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, or KUKA)
  • Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, calibration, and component replacement on robotic arms
  • Assist with robot programming including teach pendant operations and basic path programming
  • Diagnose and resolve robotic system faults including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
  • Integrate robotic systems with peripheral equipment such as conveyors, vision systems, and grippers
  • Maintain safety systems and ensure compliance with robotic safety standards

Document robot programs, maintenance records, and process parameters

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation
  • 0–2 years of experience working with industrial robots (academic projects or internships count)
  • Basic knowledge of robot programming using teach pendants
  • Understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control logic
  • Familiarity with robotic safety standards and guarding requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
