Job Responsibilities
Guest Services
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities and room features.
Handle guest luggage during check-in and check-out efficiently.
Provide information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
Deliver items such as packages, messages, or amenities to guest rooms promptly.
Front Office & Lobby Support
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
Assist in arranging taxis, transportation, or valet services when required.
Support the reception team during busy periods.
Handle guest requests and relay them to the appropriate department.
Administration & Compliance
Record and store guest luggage securely in the luggage room when needed.
Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Report any suspicious activity, lost & found items, or maintenance issues immediately.
Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications Required
Education & Experience
High school or equivalent. (Male Staff required )
Previous experience as a Bell Boy, Concierge Assistant, or similar role in a hotel is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of guest service and hospitality practices.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills in English (Arabic and additional languages are an asset).
Ability to handle guest luggage safely and courteously.
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Presentable grooming and appearance in line with hotel standards.

Salary
BD 350/- per month for 9 Hrs Shift including Meal Break
