Extend a warm and courteous welcome to every customer, setting the tone for a personalized shopping journey that exceeds expectations.
Cultivate meaningful connections with clients, adeptly understanding their preferences, style inclinations, and fitting requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Showcase expert knowledge of fabric selections, design aesthetics, and customization possibilities, guiding clients through the intricate process of crafting their bespoke suits.
Liaise seamlessly with our in-house team of tailors and production artisans, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to delivery timelines for each custom order.
Foster post-sale engagement by conducting thoughtful follow-ups to ensure utmost client satisfaction and nurture enduring relationships.
Exceed predefined sales targets through proactive client outreach, upselling, and effective product demonstration techniques.
Uphold the immaculate appearance and organization of our boutique, ensuring pristine displays, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the shop according to the cleaning schedule or whenever necessary.
Conduct regular inventory assessments and collaborate with management to optimize stock levels, anticipating customer demand and seasonal trends.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in luxury menswear to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Conduct weekly customer outreach calls, acting as a relationship manager to maintain connections, inform clients of new products, and ensure client satisfaction.
Shop Maintenance: Ensure the shops interior and exterior are kept clean and well-organized. Perform daily cleaning tasks as per the schedule, as well as cover any additional cleaning needs as they arise.
Shift Handover: Ensure seamless handover between shifts by communicating important updates, pending tasks, or customer requests to the next team member.
Task Management: Follow up on any new assignments from management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and promptly.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and hosting exclusive client events, trunk shows, and private appointments to showcase new collections and build community engagement.
Client Outreach: Spearhead outreach initiatives to engage with high-profile individuals, corporate partners, and stylists, expanding our client base and enhancing brand visibility.
Team Collaboration: Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Boutique Presentation: Maintain an inviting and luxurious atmosphere in the boutique, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and shop ambiance reflects our luxury standards.
