SENIOR SALES (EXHIBITIONS, EVENTS AND INTERIORS)

Location: Living in Bahrain, having sales calls in Bahrain as well as KSA

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire clients for exhibitions, events sectors across Bahrain, Dubai and

Saudi Arabia.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including event

organizers, corporates, and marketing teams.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored exhibition stand solutions, Events,

Interior design concepts, and related services. Domes are special event structures and need to

concentrate on selling these exceptional temporary structures for events.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations that align with client expectations and

budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, fabrication) to ensure seamless

project execution.

Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to drive business development.

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and brand

presence.

Key Accountabilities

Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Expansion of client base and repeat business in the region.

Timely follow-up and closure of leads with high conversion rates.

Accurate reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Ensuring all sales amounts are paid by clients to company within approved timelines are credit

limits.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong network and contacts in the exhibition stand, events industry and interior field.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. English and Arabic

Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple markets.

Ability to understand technical requirements of exhibition stands events and interior fit-outs.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

Can make presentations and mood boards to get initial feedback and client direction.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related

field.(Optional)

Minimum 5 years experience in exhibition, events and interiors sales (mandatory).

Experience working across Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

Bahrain driving license with own car is a must.

Commission of 1.5% will be given after achieving the basic monthly sales target of BD 15K
