OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key supporting role to Head of Maintenance, in ensuring the smooth running of all electromechanical, electrical, and facility systems across Bahrain Surf Park. Working directly under the Head of Maintenance, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure timely execution of preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.

You will help maintain the Wave garden equipment, water treatment systems, site facilities, and wider assets, ensuring operational efficiency, guest safety, and adherence to BSP standards and maintenance strategies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Head of Maintenance in the preparation and coordination of daily missions.

Perform facility electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, cabling, and control systems.

Support operation and maintenance of the Wavegarden generator systems, water system maintenance and water quality control.

Respond to and resolve electrical and electromechanical breakdowns quickly and effectively.

Assist in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of equipment and facilities.

Execute preventive and reactive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.

Ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with manufacturers' standards.

Ensure all tasks follow safe working practices and Bahrain Surf Park Safety Policies.

Monitor usage, handling, and storage of chemicals associated with water systems.

Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in managing critical spare parts inventory.

Report recurring defects, system anomalies, or equipment risks to HOD immediately.

Serve as the main point of contact when HOD is off-site or off-duty.

Coordinate with operations, lifeguards, F&B, retail, and other departments for maintenance needs.


Qualifications

.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electromechanical Engineering

Experience

.

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in an industrial environment as supervisor.

.

Experience in a water park, aquatic facility, resort, or leisure environment is an advantage.

.

Strong experience with low and high-voltage electrical systems.

.

Knowledge of light and heavy power systems and electromechanical operations.

Competent in using maintenance tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment.

Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
